Qualifications & Experience:
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working in school settings, conducting comprehensive evaluations, and developing IEPs Ability to administer and interpret cognitive, behavioral, and academic assessments Strong communication and consultation skills with staff, students, and families Knowledgeable in response-to-intervention (RTI) models and evidence-based interventions Proficiency in documentation and case management within a Multi-Service Platform (MSP) environment Commitment to equity, diversity, and supporting students across various backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and share actionable recommendations Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insight and guidance Provide direct and consultative counseling and crisis intervention services Support the implementation and monitoring of IEPs and Section 504 Plans Promote Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) across campus Maintain accurate records, upholding compliance with all relevant regulations You'll thrive in a collaborative atmosphere that values fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
