Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a dynamic educational environment to make an immediate impact as a School Psychologist in a contract-based, full-time position serving a 9th-grade center near Manor, TX. In this distinctly assessment-focused position, direct counseling is not part of your responsibilities. Instead, your expertise will shine as you conduct comprehensive evaluations, working alongside elementary schools and sharing responsibilities with a knowledgeable educational diagnostician. Key duties also involve contributing to Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings and reviewing evaluations to support student success.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid certification as a School Psychologist Experience in the school setting; familiarity with grades PreK-12 is an asset Strong background in conducting psychoeducational evaluations Competence collaborating with diagnosticians and multidisciplinary teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to interpret evaluation data and present findings to both educational staff and families Skilled at participating in ARD/IEP meetings and contributing insights for student plans Commitment to upholding confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
Primary Responsibilities:
