Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time position requires a skilled and adaptable School Psychologist to serve multiple schools near Mansfield, TX, covering elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school students. Assignments include collaborating with teachers, families, and special education teams to facilitate positive student outcomes.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid professional licensure as a School Psychologist in Texas Experience conducting psychological assessments (educational and autism evaluations) Competence in re-evaluations, initial assessments, and presenting findings to Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) committees Familiarity with providing counseling as a related service, primarily in an indirect capacity Outstanding organizational and communication skills Ability to work on multiple campuses as assignments dictate Willingness to complete required fingerprinting and drug screening for credentialing
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete psychological evaluations for initial and re-evaluations as assigned Participate in ARD/IEP meetings, providing interpretation of evaluation results and recommendations Address a small caseload providing indirect counseling as a related service based on student needs and campus assignment Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure student supports are effectively implemented across diverse grade levels This contract offers a consistent 37.5 hours per week schedule aligned with the academic calendar, allowing you to balance a full-time commitment with personal obligations.
