Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across multiple grade levels in a dynamic educational setting near Mansfield, TX. You'll work full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a caseload extending from elementary to high school, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience. Desired Qualifications:
Valid, active professional license required for School Psychologists Previous experience performing comprehensive psychological evaluations for special education eligibility (initial and re-evaluations) Familiarity with educational and autism-specific assessments Strong understanding of ARD/IEP procedures and compliance Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and sharing results with staff and families Ability to manage documentation and reporting in a timely and organized manner
Required:
successful completion of background check, including fingerprinting and drug screening
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct educational and autism psychological evaluations for students referred for initial assessment or re-evaluation Participate in ARD meetings as needed to interpret results and support placement decisions Present findings clearly to school teams and families, and contribute as a knowledgeable resource Provide indirect counseling as a related service to select students when assigned Coordinate with diverse campuses and collaborate with special education staff and administrators to ensure student needs are met Maintain accurate, confidential records in alignment with district and state guidelines Be part of a highly skilled clinical team making a positive difference every day.
