Position Overview:
Full-time, on-site role supporting 2-3 campuses within Richardson ISD Openings for 1 monolingual and 1 bilingual (English/Spanish) LSSP Work with students across all grade levels (K-12) Travel between campuses within the district as needed (In-person)

School Year:
Late July 2026
  • Early June 2027
Hours:
40 hours per week
Daily Schedule:
8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support evaluation and intervention planning across multiple campuses.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting approximately 8-10 comprehensive evaluations per month Completing Autism (AU), Emotional Disturbance (ED), and Other Health Impairment (OHI) evaluations Leading and presenting findings in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Participating in Manifestation Determination Reviews (MDRs) as needed Completing psychological reports and required documentation
Flexibility:
While this is an on-site role, there is the ability to complete report writing and documentation remotely.
Qualifications:
Active Texas LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology) license required School-based experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
Compensation:
Starting at $54/hour, with increases based on experience:
