Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Take on a rewarding role as a School Psychologist for the upcoming academic year! This full-time contract position supports both elementary and middle school students, with a strong emphasis on fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth. In this position, you'll primarily conduct evaluations related to Autism (AU), Emotional Disturbance (ED), and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). ARD meetings are led by designated facilitators and are typically held virtually, allowing you to focus on assessment work while still collaborating closely with the team. Ongoing collaboration is a key part of the role, with regular monthly assessment meetings and district special education (SPED) meetings that promote continuous learning and development. You'll also play an active role in Student Support Team (SST) meetings, helping review student data and guide decisions around special education referrals. The caseload offers variety and meaningful engagement with students, all within a supportive team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current certification as a School Psychologist Experience with school-based assessments and interventions Proficiency in administering and interpreting evaluations for AU, ED, and FBAs Strong collaboration, communication, and report-writing skills Comfort working in both virtual and in-person settingsKey Responsibilities:
