Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and skilled Educational Diagnostician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing the learning needs of students, providing comprehensive evaluations, and offering support to develop individualized educational plans. If you have a strong understanding of educational assessments and enjoy working closely with students, parents, and staff, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Conduct educational evaluations to assess student needs in academic, social, and emotional development. Develop and interpret formal reports and educational plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create individualized strategies for student success. Provide consultation and professional development on assessment tools and strategies. Help design and implement appropriate intervention programs based on assessment results. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and 504 plans. Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in educational diagnostics.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field. State Certification as an Educational Diagnostician (or eligibility to obtain certification). Previous experience in conducting educational assessments and evaluations. Strong knowledge of educational testing tools, assessments, and techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze data and create actionable plans for student improvement. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
