Job Description
Job Title Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Clinical Psychologist to join our growing mental health practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families experiencing challenges such as anxiety, OCD-related behaviors, trauma, PTSD, depression, and other emotional difficulties. This role involves providing individual and group counseling, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting clients in achieving meaningful therapeutic goals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health and treatment needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and other professionals involved in client care Support clients in developing healthy coping skills and positive behavioral changes Stay current with best practices, ethical standards, and developments in mental health care Provide Christian counseling upon client request, integrating faith-based principles when appropriate Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work or Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution Current Utah licensure as an LCSW or Licensed Clinical Psychologist Experience providing therapy for anxiety, OCD-related behaviors, trauma, PTSD, depression, and related mental health concerns Strong knowledge of counseling techniques, ethics, and mental health treatment principles Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethical standards Experience working with children, adolescents, or families preferred Position Details W-2 employee position Flexible scheduling options may be available Supportive team-oriented environment Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development Opportunity to build and maintain a meaningful long-term caseload
