Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding, full-time contract opportunity where your expertise as a School Psychologist will make a meaningful impact on students' lives in the Virginia Beach area. This on-site position, beginning August 31, 2026 and concluding June 15, 2027, is designed for professionals dedicated to supporting student growth and well-being—the ideal match for those who thrive in dynamic school settings. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to assess student needs, address a variety of academic and behavioral challenges, and foster an inclusive, supportive environment. The position offers a degree of flexibility, with many district providers working virtually—however, this assignment is strictly on-site.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Virginia Department of Education (VA DOE) licensure required Current School Psychologist credential Proven experience in K-12 environments is preferred Exceptional skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation Adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
