K-12 District Assignment Position Overview ProCare Therapy is seeking two School Psychologists to support a K-12 school district in Portsmouth, VA. This is a flexible contract opportunity open to both full-time and part-time candidates. New graduates are encouraged to apply! This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative school environment supporting students across all grade levels while contributing to evaluations, interventions, and IEP development.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families Support intervention planning and student support services Maintain compliance with state and district timelines Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams across K-12 settingsCaseload & Setting:
K-12 districtwide support Two openings available Mix of evaluations, re-evaluations, and consultation services School-based, in-person services requiredRequired Qualifications:
