Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide expert psychological assessments, therapy, and support at our Reston VA office location. Your expertise will help individuals of all ages, primarily children and adolescents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through evidence-based practices and innovative care approaches. Duties Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health conditions and treatment needs. Deliver individual psychotherapy utilizing trauma-informed care. Collaborate with our clinical teams to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate patient goals and clinical best practices. Administer psychological testing for diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and progress monitoring. Maintain accurate, confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Opportunity to supervise clinical staff or interns. Experience Proven experience working with children, adolescents and adults in clinical settings such as hospitals, schools, or outpatient clinics. Demonstrated expertise in child & family counseling, ADHD, ASD, Anxiety, Depression and OCD as well as PTSD. Experience providing telehealth services using secure platforms to expand access to mental health care. Familiarity with behavioral health assessments, psychological testing procedures, and diagnostic tools. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards related to patient care documentation and medical records management. Pay:
$97,346.77 - $117,234.81 per year
