Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A specialized opportunity is available for a School Psychologist experienced in delivering telehealth services within an educational setting. This contract position supports students' mental health and learning needs through virtual platforms, enhancing accessibility and effectiveness of psychological assessments and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments via telehealth to identify students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies. Provide counseling and crisis intervention services remotely to support students' well-being. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Utilize telecommunication tools to conduct assessments, consultations, and follow-ups, ensuring consistent support for students across the district.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field. Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Demonstrated experience with telehealth service delivery in a school environment. Strong knowledge of psychological testing, data interpretation, and IEP development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, families, and school personnel. Ability to work independently and manage caseloads in a remote setting.Location:
