LearningRx Tysons is seeking a Director of First Impressions to support our cognitive training center. This role provides valuable exposure to applied cognitive development, client interaction, and real-world learning challenges . Why This Role is Valuable for Your Career Exposure to cognitive training targeting attention, memory, and processing speed Experience working with children and adults with learning challenges Insight into how cognitive deficits present outside of clinical settings Strengthen client communication and case management skills Ideal preparation for careers in clinical psychology, neuropsychology, or education Key Responsibilities Serve as first point of contact for prospective and current clients Guide families through intake, scheduling, and onboarding Maintain accurate client records in CRM system Coordinate schedules and support operational flow Assist with outreach and community education efforts Provide a welcoming, professional environment for families Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field preferred) Strong interest in cognitive science, learning, or brain function Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability Comfortable balancing client interaction with administrative tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools

Schedule Monday-Friday:

3:30pm-7:30pm

Occassional Saturdays:
