Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students as a school psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year! This onsite contract opportunity offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, working three days each week (22 hours) with a mixed caseload. You'll contribute your expertise near Auburn, WA, helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid WA psychologist license and ESA certificate required—please provide verification. Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred. Comfortable working with a diverse K-12 caseload, supporting a range of learners. Thorough understanding of assessment, counseling, and intervention strategies for school-aged children. Excellent communication and consultation skills with families, staff, and administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform psychoeducational evaluations and assessments. Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies. Offer support and counseling services to students with academic, behavioral, and emotional needs. Participate in meetings with families and staff, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all confidentiality and compliance standards. Support the unique needs and cultural values of the student population.
