Qualifications & Experience Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or closely related field Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities Commitment to advocacy and inclusivity for all students Previous experience working in schools is highly desirable Core Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies and interventions Serve as a key participant in multidisciplinary team meetings Support the creation and maintenance of a positive and inclusive learning environment Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services as needed Offer guidance on behavioral and academic interventions, monitoring student progress Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality Enjoy the satisfaction of making a difference in a supportive community, where your expertise plays a pivotal role in student well-being and school success.
