Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Exciting opportunities are available for experienced School Psychologists ready to support students and educators for the 2026-2027 school year. Two contract roles are open, both onsite near Auburn, WA, serving a diverse student population. One position is part-time (22 hours per week across three days, K-12 caseload) and the other is full-time (37.5 hours weekly with an early childhood caseload). Candidates with a strong commitment to student well-being and collaborative school communities will thrive in this environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid WA School Psychologist license and ESA certificate (verification required) Prior experience in school settings is highly desirable Comfort with diverse or mixed caseloads (K-12 and/or early childhood) Ability to work onsite for the entirety of the assignment Flexible, adaptive approach to accommodate possible credentialing delays due to additional adjudication processes Strong communication, assessment, and counseling skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments to support individualized education plans Provide direct services and consultations to students, families, and staff Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes Deliver social-emotional and academic interventions as needed Ensure timely documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines Enjoy the unique opportunity to make meaningful connections within a vibrant educational community.
