We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about helping people, enjoys working in a structured clinical environment, and takes pride in doing things accurately and thoughtfully. While no prior psychometric testing experience is required, we are looking for someone who values precision, professionalism, and exceptional patient care. This is not intended to be a temporary position. We are looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of our team and grow with our practice over time. As our practice expands, there will be opportunities for increased hours, additional responsibilities, and continued professional development. Responsibilities Administer standardized psychological assessments under the supervision of a licensed psychologist Create a calm, supportive, and professional testing experience for adult patients Follow standardized testing procedures with consistency and accuracy Maintain organized testing materials, records, and documentation Prepare testing rooms and materials for each appointment Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience Success in This Role Looks Like… You will likely thrive in this position if you: Love organization and naturally keep your workspace neat and orderly. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Psychology or a closely related behavioral science field (such as neuroscience or another social science) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Warm, professional bedside manner Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with patients Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated Preferred Familiarity with psychological testing or standardized assessments Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, or another patient-facing setting No prior psychometric testing experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training to the right candidate.
Schedule Part-time Mondays:
9:00 AM-1:00
PM Wednesdays:
9:00 AM-1:00 PM Additional hours are expected to become available as the practice continues to grow. Pay:
