Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time, itinerant role offers the opportunity to serve multiple school sites throughout the 2025-2026 academic year, working 40 hours per week in a dynamic educational environment. Located in Chehalis, WA, this contract position is ideal for a dedicated school psychologist seeking to make a meaningful impact on student mental health and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs and support academic success Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making Support schools by itinerantly covering multiple sites, ensuring consistent delivery of psychological services
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree or higher in School Psychology Valid Washington State School Psychology Licensure Reliable transportation to travel between designated schools Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
