Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Embark on an engaging contract opportunity for the full 2026-2027 academic year as a dedicated professional serving students as a School Psychologist. This full-time assignment offers the chance to work within a dynamic and supportive environment near Darrington, WA, providing psychological services across a varied caseload. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering students' academic, social, and emotional growth throughout the school year.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Washington (WA) School Psychologist license required Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team-based decision making Provide consultation and support for teachers and staff regarding student behavioral and learning concerns Design and facilitate preventive mental health programs and crisis interventions as needed Maintain accurate documentation in adherence to state and district guidelines
