Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Experience a new level of impact as a contract school psychologist in a supportive academic environment near vibrant Kent, WA. This contract opportunity has an immediate need due to an unexpected vacancy—your expertise can make a significant difference right away! Qualifications we're seeking: Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills with K-12 students Experience with individualized education programs (IEPs) and multidisciplinary teams Solid understanding of special education laws, behavioral intervention, and positive support strategies Excellent interpersonal communication for collaborating with administrators, teachers, and families Adaptability to meet evolving needs in dynamic school settings Responsibilities you'll take on: Conduct timely, comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for referred students Interpret assessment data and communicate results to parents and staff Support teams with eligibility determinations and IEP development Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and direct support for students as needed Consult with school personnel to design and implement behavior support plans Participate in
RTI/MTSS
