Job Description

About the CompanySenior Connections is hiring a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide psychotherapy services to older adults in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and assisted living (ALF) communities throughout Western Washington (Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle, Bellingham, Vancouver).This is meaningful, relationship-based work with a medically complex and often underserved population.

The RoleProvide on-site psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)ACTDBT-informed interventionsPerson-Centered TherapyHealth Psychology and integrated behavioral health approachesYou will collaborate within interdisciplinary medical teams, including:

PhysiciansNursing staffSocial servicesRehabilitation teamsThis position offers high clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong interdisciplinary integration.
