A School Psychologist assists students with academic, social, and emotional well-being and works with students and families to promote student success. The School Psychologist is a critical member of the IEP team and is relied upon to provide insight and guidance to the team regarding student academic and behavioral functioning.Key Responsibilities:
Administering diagnostic and curriculum-based assessments Using intelligence and academic performance testing to determine student diagnoses and recommendations for specialized services Observing students in various academic and social settings to gain insight and data into students' overall functioning in school Providing consultative psychology services to parents and school staff as described in theIEP Qualifications:
Appropriate degree in School Psychology ESA certificate for Washington state Ability to work with school and community population Ability to work independentlyBenefits:
