Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students and staff as a School Psychologist in a vibrant educational setting near Puyallup, WA. Qualifications & Experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or ability to obtain certification for school psychologists Experience providing assessments, interventions, and counseling within K-12 environments Strong understanding of special education processes, IEPs, and relevant state/federal laws Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively with diverse student populations
Responsibilities Include:
Conducting psychoeducational assessments to help develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Providing direct counseling and support services to students Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive educational outcomes Supporting the creation and implementation of behavioral interventions and plans Contributing expertise during multidisciplinary team meetings Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements This contract role offers a dynamic, meaningful work environment where your contributions are highly valued.
