Psychometrician (Psychological Assessment Focus) The Psy Center Seattle, WA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $25 - $40 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Psychological testing Bachelor's degree Full Job Description About the Role The Psy Center is seeking a Psychometrician to support comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured assessment work, testing administration, and contributing to diagnostic clarity. You will work with children, adolescents, and adults in both in-person (Seattle/Bremerton) and limited telehealth formats. What You'll Do Administer and score psychological and neuropsychological tests (e.g., ADHD, cognitive, learning, diagnostic clarification) Support clinicians in comprehensiveevaluations Ensure accuracy in testadministration, scoring, and data entry Maintain organized, HIPAA-compliant records Assist with report preparation and data summaries Collaborate with psychologists and clinical team members Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology or related field Experience with psychologicaltesting preferred (training may be provided for strong candidates) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and adults Compensation & Structure 1099 contractor (first 90 days) Opportunity to transition to W2employee after 90 days, based on fit and performance Pay (1099): Per testing hour or per evaluation (based on experience) Typical range: $25-$40/hour equivalent or per-case flat rate W2 structure may include hourly pay and additional incentives Why Join Us Specialized experience in psychological assessment Structured training and growth opportunities Collaborative, supportive environment Opportunity to build expertise in a high-demand specialty
