What You'll Need:
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience developing and implementing IEPs, conducting assessments, and participating in
RTI/MTSS
processes Proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families Knowledge of current special education regulations and best practices Excellent communication and organizational skills Adaptability for a fast start—ideal for those who enjoy stepping into an immediate need
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for individualized student plans Provide support and consultation to faculty and staff regarding student learning and behavioral challenges Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams to create effective interventions Guide social, emotional, and behavioral counseling for students as needed Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and reports Serve as a key advocate for student well-being and academic success
