We are dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered services for children, teens, and adults. Our team is passionate about utilizing brain-based approaches to foster emotional healing and resilience. Position Overview We are seeking a Masters Level Clinician with a strong background in children, teen and adult therapy and psychological testing to join our collaborative team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual therapy sessions with children, teens, and adults, using evidence-based approaches. Administer psychological evaluations and testing, providing detailed assessments and recommendations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and interventions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional standards. Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in psychology and assessment. Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision. Qualifications Masters-level degree in psychology Active licensure in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain licensure). Experience providing therapy to children, teens and adults. Experience with psychological testing and assessment, including cognitive and personality testing. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
