This position works under the direct supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist and involves assisting with the administration, scoring, and documentation of standardized psychological assessments. Responsibilities:
Perform ADHD and ASD assessments for individuals ages 13 years and older. Assist the supervising psychologist in selecting appropriate assessments in accordance with Psychologist's guidelines. Ensure proper documentation throughout the evaluation process. Administer and score standardized psychological assessments under the supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist. Manage scheduling and coordination of assessment appointments with clients. Observe and accurately report behavioral and emotional responses of individuals during testing sessions. Participate in case discussions, professional development meetings, and ongoing training sessions as required. Perform additional duties as directed by supervisory staff.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field required (e.g. psychology, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with APA documentation standards and ability to successfully apply them High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Comfortable working with diverse populations in a respectful and professional manner.Preferred:
Previous experience administering and scoring psychological assessments for individuals aged 13 and older. Familiarity with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder assessment tools (e.g., WAIS, D-KEFS, BASC-3, Copeland, ADOS-2). Experience working in a clinical or psychological services setting. Familiarity with or experience/exposure to neurodivergent communities. Strong understanding of psychometric principles, standardized testing procedures, and ethical guidelines.Job Type:

Compensation begins at Washington State minimum wage during the initial training period. Upon successful completion of the first training criteria (typically within 4-6 weeks), pay increases to $18.00 per hour. After completion of the second criteria (generally within 3-6 months), pay increases to $21.00 per hour.Schedule:
Flexible schedule Shift will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with availability from 10-6. Must be available to work those hours every week unless time off is arranged.
