Key Qualifications:
Current certification and licensure as a Radiation Therapist Proven experience operating Truebeam and Aria equipment is required Proficiency with clinical protocols and safety standards in radiation therapy Strong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skills Adaptability within dynamic clinical environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality radiation therapy to patients, following physician's prescriptions and established protocols Operate and maintain Truebeam and Aria equipment with precision Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed under supervision Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict safety guidelines Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient care
