Schedule:
Full-time 4x8hr shifts, Monday-Friday (days)
Weekends:
Only for emergencies
On-Call:
Rare, limited to radiation emergencies
Holidays:
As required when the clinic is open
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in radiation oncology (required) ARRT certification with radiation therapy registry Experience with patient and family education preferred Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform radiation therapy treatments precisely per physician orders Demonstrate independent judgment and adhere to established protocols Educate patients and families about procedures/treatments Maintain professional conduct and foster a collaborative team environment Operate simulation, treatment, and planning equipment safely and effectively
