Key Responsibilities:

Administer precise radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by oncologists Operate Elekta equipment, ensuring optimal patient positioning and dose delivery Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation Monitor patients' responses, reporting adverse reactions to appropriate clinicians Follow all protocols for radiation safety and infection control Provide compassionate support and clear explanations to patients and families
