Job Description

As a valued Radiation Therapist, you'll work full-time—40 hours per week—delivering high-quality care with advanced Elekta technology and supporting individuals through their treatment journey.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately administer radiation therapy treatments according to provider directives and treatment plans Operate Elekta equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times Maintain precise documentation of procedures and patient responses Educate patients and families about the treatment process, addressing questions with compassion and clarity Collaborate closely with oncologists, dosimetrists, and the medical team to optimize care plans Participate in continuous quality assurance initiatives and stay updated on technical best practices
Desired Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program (new graduates welcome; experience preferred) Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (or eligibility to obtain) Strong communication, patient care, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards
