Compensation Hourly pay range:
$53.80 - $68.90 per hour $30,000 extended sign-on bonus for eligible external hires Relocation assistance available Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plans Paid time off and holiday benefits Relocation assistance Professional development opportunities Full-time employee benefits package Responsibilities Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments according to physician directives Perform patient setup and treatment verification procedures Utilize advanced radiotherapy techniques to ensure accurate treatment delivery Assist with treatment planning and simulation procedures Monitor patients throughout treatment and provide compassionate care Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to departmental safety standards and radiation protocols Skills Strong patient care and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment Knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and safety practices Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities Equipment Elekta Infinity Linear Accelerator Mosaiq Oncology Information System Toshiba CT Simulator Qualifications/Education Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program Formal therapeutic radiologic technology training from an approved school ARRT (T) Certification required or equivalent recognized Radiation Therapy certification California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification required OR California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification required Experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Previous Radiation Therapy experience preferred Specialized training in dosimetric techniques and treatment planning preferred Work Hours 40 hours per week; multiple shifts available Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
