Qualifications:

Certification or eligibility as a Radiation Therapist Proficiency or familiarity with Elekta equipment is an advantage Training or prior experience in radiation therapy preferred; new graduates will be considered Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction Strong attention to accuracy, safety, and procedural detail

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments in a safe, compassionate, and precise manner Collaborate with oncology physicians and other clinical staff to develop and implement patient care plans Operate and maintain Elekta radiation therapy equipment according to clinical protocols Educate patients and families about procedures, answering questions and providing reassurance as needed Adhere strictly to safety and infection control standards Keep accurate patient records and document treatments in compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
