0.0 Responsibilities Administer ionizing irradiation to patients in accordance with prescriptions and instructions from department physicians. Verify patient identity and treatment site prior to delivery and document treatment parameters. Monitor patients during treatment and respond to safety concerns following established protocol. Adhere to radiation safety practices and infection control guidelines; maintain equipment/data integrity per policy. Collaborate with the care team to ensure prescribed treatment plans are implemented accurately. Maintain clear, compliant documentation of treatments and any deviations in the medical record.
