Job Description:
Seeking two 13 weeks Radiotherapy Technologist to support our Radiation Oncology department. This position is 5 x 8hrs (Monday through Friday) day shift with 0700 - 0800 start time. Interested candidates must have the following skills and experience: 3 years of minimum Radiation Oncology experience. Properly setup and align patients using various imaging techniques to delivery radiationtherapy treatments as prescribed. Assesses patient status during direct patient interaction and makes appropriate referrals tovarious health care team members.delivery, including chart/film checks, room set-up, calculations,electronic medical record (MOSAIQ) check, treatment calendar (includingprogramming port films etc.).and CT scan for radiation therapy treatment planning purposes, as needed.other radiation therapists and team members to perform additional tasks,as needed. Prepares for treatment Performs patient set-up Works closely with Experience with Varian TrueBeam and/or MOSAIQ preferred. Must have ARRT and CA RTT license, as well as BLS cert. #
