Qualifications:
Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT) Valid state licensure (CA) required or willingness to obtain Prior experience with radiation oncology equipment and procedures Strong interpersonal communication skills and compassion for patients Ability to quickly adapt to new workplace settings and protocols
Responsibilities:
Administer precise radiation therapy to patients as prescribed Operate linear accelerators and related oncology equipment safely and effectively Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, nurses, and support staff Educate and support patients throughout their treatment experience Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and comply with all safety standards Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
