Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate delivery of radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and protocols Prepare and position patients using immobilization devices for treatment according to best practice guidelines Document all procedures, patient interactions, and maintain treatment records per regulatory requirements Monitor patients' responses to treatment, reporting any concerns or clinical changes to the care team Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Elekta equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety Educate and provide compassionate support to patients and their families throughout the course of treatment
