• The Role
• In this role, you will deliver life-saving treatments using state-of-the-art technology. You'll be the bridge between the Radiation Oncologist's prescription and the patient's journey, ensuring every session is accurate, safe, and supportive.
• Key Responsibilities

Precision Treatment:

• Execute radiation therapy and patient simulations according to physician orders and department protocols. +

• Patient Advocacy:

• Educate patients on procedures, monitor for treatment reactions, and provide a caring environment for families. +

• Quality & Safety:

• Perform daily equipment calibrations, maintain meticulous documentation, and ensure all billing/coding is accurate. +

• Collaboration:

• Work alongside physicians and support staff to troubleshoot complex setups and improve clinical workflows.
• Compensation
• The anticipated wage for this position is between $87 - $94.00. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
• What You Bring

Expertise:

• Must be very proficient with
• TrueBeam
• technology. +

• Certifications:

• Active ARRT-RTT, CRT-T, and BLS. +

• Skills:

• Deep knowledge of human anatomy, safety protocols, and modern simulation/imaging procedures. +

• Flexibility:

• Ability to float between facilities in
• Palo Alto, Pleasanton, and South Bay
• . +

• Leadership:

• Strong clinical reasoning and the ability to mentor or lead support staff as needed.
