Job Description

Category Radiation Therapy Job Type Contract A skilled Radiation Therapy professional is needed to fulfill a contract role starting July 13, 2026. In this essential position, you will deliver high-quality radiotherapy care in a modern acute care facility equipped with two treatment rooms, serving adult and geriatric patient populations diagnosed with conditions such as Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Pancreatic Cancer, and Testicular Cancer.
Schedule:
Day shift: 5x8-Hour, 08:00-16:30 No block schedules Weekend call required (rotating), 08:00-16:00
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience Willing to consider first-time travelers ARRT (T) certification and state license required; CA state license preferred (pending accepted) Experience with beam modifying/positioning, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, and dosimetry Demonstrated proficiency in internal treatment, SRS, SBRT, Tomo therapy, and respiratory gating Familiarity with charting systems (Epic preferred), treatment units (Elekta Infinity, Varian 21 ex/ix), and CT simulator (Toshiba) Experience with Impac MOSAIQ software (preferred)
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer daily radiation therapy treatments to diverse adult and geriatric patients (average 20 patients per machine) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and physicians to ensure accurate delivery of special procedures, including SRS and SBRT Maintain meticulous records in Epic and/or MOSAIQ systems Operate and calibrate complex radiotherapy equipment (Elekta, Varian) Provide patient education and support throughout the treatment course Adhere to safety protocols and facility policies
