Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:
Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent) Current and valid state license (or eligibility) Solid understanding of treatment planning, radiation safety, and quality assurance protocols Experience operating advanced linear accelerators and treatment planning systems preferred Exceptional interpersonal skills for communicating with patients, physicians, and clinical staff Ability to maintain meticulous documentation and uphold safety standardsSchedule:
Full-time, permanent position Standard weekday daytime shifts; minimal weekend/holiday requirementsRole Responsibilities:
Deliver precise radiation treatment as prescribed by physicians, ensuring comfort and compassion for every patient Accurately calibrate, operate, and monitor complex therapeutic equipment Collaborate with dosimetrists, physicists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to formulate and execute treatment plans Uphold safety protocols for both patients and colleagues and provide ongoing education regarding radiation exposure Maintain clear, accurate patient records and contribute to quality assurance program initiatives Foster a supportive treatment environment through attentive communication and patient advocacyBenefits & Perks:
