Schedule/Hours:

Day shifts, Monday through Friday between 8am-7pm (shift hours vary each week) Weekends required as needed Contract commences after May 9

Qualifications & Credentials:

Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program; Associate's degree or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiation Therapy preferred Current ARRT Radiation Therapy certification (ARRT-T) Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Red Cross or equivalent) Proven competency in patient treatment and simulation procedures

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver precise radiation therapy per oncologist and physicist instructions, adhering to rigorous safety protocols Perform patient assessments and adapt care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations Participate in quality control monitoring and daily equipment warm-up Document all treatments and outcomes in the EMR Educate patients and families about therapy and side effects Serve as a clinical instructor, providing guidance and feedback to radiologic and radiation therapy students Assist in on-call rotation and contribute to additional department needs
