Job Description

Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Desired Qualifications:
Valid and current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT-T required) Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program Clinical experience with linear accelerators and radiation therapy equipment Understanding of radiation safety procedures and regulatory compliance Strong communication skills and compassionate patient care approach Ability to work collaboratively with oncologists, physicists, and other healthcare professionals Dependable documentation, computer, and organizational abilities
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time hours Monday-Friday, day shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate radiation therapy treatments according to prescribed plans Prepare, position, and monitor patients during procedures, ensuring comfort and safety Calibrate, operate, and maintain radiation therapy equipment Maintain detailed documentation of all treatments and patient interactions Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize clinical outcomes Educate patients and families about treatment processes and expectations Adhere to protocols, safety guidelines, and privacy regulations Benefit from the opportunity to enhance your clinical skills in a supportive environment where patient well-being is the top priority.
