1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Radiation Therapist with a current Iowa state license, ARRT certification, and at least 1 year of experience for a hospital-based position utilizing Epic EMR. Details Hospital-based Radiation Therapy department Uses Epic for electronic medical records Varian TrueBeam LINAC experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates Orientation scheduled every Monday Requirements Active Iowa Radiation Therapist state license required (license required if applicable) Current ARRT certification required Current BLS (AHA) certification required Minimum 1 year of current Radiation Therapy experience required Previous travel experience preferred Valid Driver's License required for consideration One supervisory reference from within 2 years of employment/contract required for consideration Skills checklist completed within the past year required for consideration Additional Information Candidates must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate Travelers who were employed by this facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for consideration Travelers are expected to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving RTO is limited to 1 day during the Thanksgiving week (11/26-11/30) and the Christmas/New Year's window (12/23-1/2), regardless of holidays worked
