MercyOne New Hampton Medical Center is an 11 bed, rural access hospital in New Hampton, Iowa. Our service area spans 15 counties across northern Iowa and southern Minnesota. We are looking to hire a Radiation Oncology Supervisor! As a Radiation Oncology Supervisor at MercyOne, you will: Supervise the day-to-day operations and upholds clinical practice standards of the MercyOne Cancer Center Provide positive leadership and problem solving skills and participates with the Director in continuous quality improvement, budgeting, customer and staff feedback, training and development Work cooperatively with other departments of MercyOne, the community and professional organizations to ensure quality services Adhere to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years experience as a practicing Radiation Therapist, previous management experience preferred ARRT registration in Radiation Therapy Technology; current Iowa permit to practice in Radiation Therapy BLS Mandatory Reporter Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
