As a Radiation Oncology Supervisor at MercyOne, you will: Supervise the day-to-day operations and upholds clinical practice standards of the MercyOne Cancer Center Provide positive leadership and problem solving skills and participates with the Director in continuous quality improvement, budgeting, customer and staff feedback, training and development Work cooperatively with other departments of MercyOne, the community and professional organizations to ensure quality services Adhere to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of

Minimum Qualifications:
