Deliver high-precision treatments to high-acuity oncology patients in a fast-paced setting, focusing on exact positioning, dosage accuracy, and critical technical decision-making for complex cancer cases.
Drive Treatment Excellence:
Play a pivotal role in the oncology care continuum by ensuring treatment fidelity and patient safety, collaborating directly with radiation oncologists and medical physicists to optimize clinical outcomes.
Experience Clinical Variety:
Utilize state-of-the-art linear accelerators and imaging technology across diverse treatment protocols—including IMRT, SBRT, and IGRT—helping patients navigate their recovery with advanced technical support.

Streamlined interview process with minimal steps and quick scheduling Clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process Fast, efficient decision‑making that respects your time Responsibilities Provide radiation therapy treatments and function as an essential member of the radiation oncology treatment team in order to provide quality care to our patients. Demonstrate competency to deliver a planned course of radiation therapy accurately and safely. Use appropriate machine settings to deliver treatment while visually monitoring the patient and treatment console during treatment. Takes appropriate verification images. Check treatment plans and parameters prior to initial treatment. Reports any deviations in treatment plan to appropriate channels. Performs and maintains Quality Assurance activities. Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.
High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Graduate of an accredited school of radiation therapy technology. 3. ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required. 4. Two years' experience as a radiation therapist preferred. 5. Experience and competence with ARIA and Truebeam. 6. Cyberknife and HDR experience preferred. 7. American Heart Association BLS card required. 8. Demonstrate ability and willingness to educate other staff. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $38.00 to $ $57.08. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
