Job Description

Category Radiation Therapy Job Type Contract Step into an essential role providing radiation therapy in a collaborative, day-shift environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of professionals, utilizing cutting-edge technology to deliver quality patient care.
Schedule & Shift:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. No call requirements No weekend shifts
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Illinois IEMA Radiation Therapist license required Registered Radiation Therapist with ARRT (R.T. (R) (ARRT)) Experience operating Varian Trilogy linear accelerator is essential Proficiency with ARIA software and Epic EMR preferred Comfortable working in the prescribed departmental attire (grey scrubs) Proven track record delivering safe, effective radiation therapy
Duties & Responsibilities:
Administer precise radiation therapy treatments according to physician-provided protocols Operate Varian Trilogy linear accelerator safely and efficiently Collaborate closely with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document treatments and maintain accurate patient records using ARIA and Epic Provide clear explanations and compassionate care to patients undergoing therapy Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
