Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or Radiologic Science, along with a certificate from an accredited Radiation Therapy Program Registration or registry eligibility with ARRT is required (must obtain registration within one year of graduation) Valid Massachusetts State license Current American Heart Association BLS certification Minimum of two years' experience as a Radiation Therapist Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Administer precise and safe radiation treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist Operate within established organizational and departmental procedures Ensure patient safety and provide compassionate care throughout therapy sessions Collaborate with the oncology team for coordinated and effective treatment Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
