Key Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments, ensuring patient safety and accurate delivery Collaborate closely with Radiation Oncologists and multidisciplinary teams Document treatments, monitor patient responses, and communicate observations Maintain compliance with organizational and departmental policies Provide compassionate care to patients, answering questions and alleviating concerns

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or Radiologic Science with a certificate from an accredited Radiation Therapy Program Registered or registry eligible by the ARRT (must become registered within one year of graduation) Valid Massachusetts State Radiation Therapy license Current American Heart Association BLS certification Minimum of two years of prior experience as a Radiation Therapist Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to support diverse patient populations
