Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy required; Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy preferred Minimum of 1 year continuous clinical experience in radiation therapy Current [State License] as a Radiation Therapist required ARRT-T (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred Proficiency with Radiation Oncology Information Systems (ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, Eclipse) Strong equipment knowledge and troubleshooting abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Skilled in maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive patient information

Deliver precise radiation treatment to patients in accordance with physician directives and established protocols Operate and maintain advanced radiation therapy equipment safely and efficiently Accurately document treatments and update patient records using integrated hospital and oncology systems Provide compassionate support to patients and their families, ensuring understanding and comfort throughout the treatment process Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and fellow therapists to ensure exceptional patient care
