1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Radiation Therapy Technologist (RTT) with an active Massachusetts license and 2+ years of experience for a day-shift position at a hospital-based Radiation Oncology department. Details Hospital-based Radiation Oncology department Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 13-week contract Requirements Active Massachusetts Radiation Therapist license required; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted (license required if applicable) ARRT registration required, or registry eligible with registration obtained within one year of graduation from an accredited Radiation Therapy Program Current AHA BLS certification required Minimum of 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience required Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or Radiologic Science with a certificate in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program required Strong interpersonal communication skills required 2 professional references required for consideration Additional Information Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist, following established departmental and organizational policies Reports to the Practice Manager Epic used for electronic charting Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and are eligible at a reduced travel pay rate Timekeeping system: UKG/Kronos Parking is not validated at Boston-area locations; public parking is available at candidate's expense
